It's A "Girl Thing"
A few weeks ago I came back from getting my hair cut and little Deisy asked me if I would take her to get her hair cut. I realized that none of the girls had ever been to a salon before and had their hair washed, cut and blown dry. So I set up four appointments and let the girls decide how they wanted their hair cut. As you see the before and after photos you can tell just how beautiful the girls feel. It really is a "girl kind of thing". Thank you to Frank and his staff for their patience and kindness. The beauty shop was a treat for all of us.

What a special day for the girls! It really is a girl thing. I can only imagine how much they will treasure that memory.

Nancy, This is Rita and family. We adopted Pricess Giovanna. We just celebrated her 4th Forever Family Adoption day...she is doing wonderful. Getting ready to start kindergarten in the fall. Check out our blog for pictures of our Guatemalan Angel! We are blessed to be her parents.
Nice to see your blog! Maybe we will see you again one day soon when our birthmother search is complete. We would love to know where her little sister was adopted too about 3 yrs ago.
How wonderful! Who would have thought a haircut could put such smiles on those faces. I Guess we take way too much for granted.

ahhhh... I know how much I love that feeling. Girls, you look great!
Seeing these gorgeous girls reminds me of the song lyrics "I feel pretty - oh so pretty". Not only do the girls look great but I imagine they are standing a bit taller after the special attention they've received from Frank and from YOU!
